On Facebook, LGB states production has started on the first production of the new Saxon type VI K steam locomotive (Art No. 20480). The 5-axle DR locomotive with road number 99 653 is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2017, and will be available for € 1.799,99 (MSRP).
Following the release of the HSB ‘Traditionszug’ last year, Train Line announced the Harz passenger cars in the DR ‘Wappenwagen’ style. The four-axle passenger cars are available in two set of two cars each.

Train Line announced the Harz type 99 6102 steam locomotive also known as ‘Fiffi’. Fiffi is a sister of the 99 6101 “Pfiffi” engine, which was available from Train Line already. The 1:22,5 scale steam loco will be available as an analogue version as well as a version with a DCC decoder and sound from ZIMO.
Kiss Modellbahnen announced the Harz narrow gauge (HSB) class BR 99.2 ‘Neubaulok’/’Brockenlok’. Kiss will offer the steam locomotive as a handmade, 1:22,5 scale model. It will be available in three versions:
